Scope:	Strip out existing fume cupboards; supply new fume cupboards and laboratory furniture; modify existing fume extraction, supply air and general ventilation systems including supply of new extract fans; disconnect and reconnect associated mechanical and electrical services; redecorate walls and make good floor finishes and interface with ceiling; provide a temporary building for use as a laboratory for the duration of the works.
